Victoria stars on the World stage

Victoria again led the way at the long distance finals at the World Masters Orienteering Championships on Saturday. Warren and Natasha Key (MF) both repeated their sprint victories in M50 and W35 respectively. Ted Van Geldermalsen (YV) took silver in M55, Piotr Czajkowski (MF) won silver in M45, while Anitra Dowling (EU) took bronze in W60. This followed another great day at the sprint distance finals with gold medals to Warren and Natasha Key, and bronze medals to Czajkowski and Bruce Arthur (MF) in M35. Full results here This medal haul was easily the best ever by Victorian orienteers at World Masters level.
