Victorian Middle Distance Champs, Sunday 6 September CHAMPIONSHIP ENTRIES CLOSE MONDAY 31 AUGUST AT 11:59 PM This is earlier than usual because start times need to be allocated. If you are competing in a Championship class, make sure you enter before the closing deadline! It’s championship time! Sunday 6 September sees the Victorian Middle Distance Championships come to beautiful Lake Jubilee, Daylesford, hosted by Bayside Kangaroos. With nine challenging courses, there’s something for everyone—from M/W21A through to our younger juniors and Masters. Championship courses range from 4.8 km down to 2.1 km, with Open courses also available on the day. Starts commence at 10:00 am, with all pre-entered competitors receiving an allocated start time. The start is 1.3 km from the arena, so allow plenty of time to get there. There’ll be Junior Squad Catering at the arena, and we have something special planned for the prize presentation, which will commence as soon as the placegetters are determined. Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd in all Championship classes for valid finishes.
