Orienteering Victoria Wins the OA Shield

Orienteering Victoria has won the OA Shield!

We have not won the shield very often with the last time being in 2015, and the time before that was in 1990. Congratulations to all our members!

The OA Shield is awarded to the champion state in the Long Distance event at the Australian championships each year.

Points are allocated in all classes as follows:

Elite and A classes A short classes B classes
1st 3 points 2 points 1 point
2nd 2 points 1 point
3rd 1 point
