MelbushO at Woodlands, Sunday 13 September

This is a familiar map to those who have been doing Melbusho. But this time we start in a completely different location, well south of the usual start on Somerton Road. So it will be quite a different event, particularly for those doing shorter courses.

The map itself is particularly attractive and friendly for newcomers. It has lots of fairly  open parkland. There are virtually no roads to cross. And the area also has a lot of kangaroos

Choose any of the five courses:
Course 1 (Long Hard) – approx 6 km
Course 2 (Medium Hard) – approx 4 km
Course 3 (Short Hard) – approx 3 km, physically easy
Course 4 (Moderate) – approx 4 km
Course 5 (Easy) – approx 2.5 km

Registration opens at 9.30am. Start times: 10.00am-11.30am.
Course closure – all courses close at 1.00pm. You must return to the Finish before then, even if you haven’t completed your course.

Pre-entry for this event is highly recommended. Pre-entry and pre-payment keeps queues to a minimum, and ensures you get a map on your preferred course. Pre-entry closes on Thursday 10 September 2026.

Entry fees: Adults $12.00, Juniors (under 21) $8.00, Family maximum $32 (auto-applied when all members of a family enter together). Entry on the day incurs a $3 surcharge for adults, but not for juniors.

Note there is a MTBO event occurring on the same day. There is a discounted entry if you pre-enter both events. This discount is not available on the day.
