CGS Take Out Slade-Wilson Trophy at Park Street Schools Comp

Camberwell Grammar School have had another resounding victory in the 2022 Park Street Schools Competition, which ran during February as part of the Wednesday series.  The final event was at Canterbury Trails, with presentations held in the picturesque rotunda in the gardens, on a glorious summer evening.  The winning school will hold the Slade-Wilson Trophy, named in honour of teachers and orienteers Roger Slade and Gordon Wilson, who both played a huge role in this competition.

Individual winners were also awarded, and in a nice touch, students who have competed for 6 years were recognised for their achievements and longstanding participation.

Our thanks to coordinator Jon Gordon, and to staff and students from Scotch College and Camberwell Grammar School, led by Matt Manning and David Rodgers.
