Join us in Ballarat this ANZAC Day weekend for an exciting program of orienteering that blends fast-paced sprint racing with classic bush navigation. Whether you’re chasing National Orienteering League points or just looking for a great run, this weekend delivers something for everyone. Victorian orienteers will be joined by Australia’s elites, as this is part of a National League round.  Click here for more details.

Kick off on Saturday with two high-intensity sprint races. Expect quick decision-making, tight route choices, and plenty of action.  One of Australia’s best sprint maps will be revisited in the morning, at the School of Mines campus in central Ballarat.  This will be followed by a brand new map at Phoenix College in the afternoon.  Course planners are former JWOC Sprint Champion Aston Key, and 2025 Orienteer of the Year Tim Hatley – two of the best in the business!

Finish the weekend on Sunday, with the excitement of NOL relay racing, and Vic Series competition in the complex mining terrain of Nerrina.

Make a weekend of it — great courses, varied terrain, and a fantastic orienteering community atmosphere await in Ballarat.

Car Pooling –  car pooling is being offered informally from Melbourne and Bendigo.  Go into Eventor and look for the two “Car Pooling” events, on the same days.  If you can provide a lift, enter the “event” as a Driver.  If you would like a lift from someone, enter the “event” as a Passenger.  All arrangements are to be made between drivers and passengers.
