Vic Series Double Header in Beechworth, June 22 and 23

Albury-Wodonga Orienteering Club is hosting a double-header weekend for Vic Series events 3 and 4 in Victoria’s north east, renowned not just for it’s natural beauty and amazing local communities, but also the orienteering terrain.

Both events are to be held right on the edge of Beechworth, utilising the Racecourse Creek (Oceania 2019) and Beechworth Gorge (stunning vistas) maps. Featuring lots of granite, some open running and a mix of vegetation, these maps provide excellent orienteering.

Everyone attending is also invited to join a social gathering and dinner at the Hotel Nicholas, Beechworth, on the Saturday night (pre-booking strongly encouraged).

Entries are open and Bulletin 1 has been posted. A final bulletin will be posted about one week prior to the event.
