Park Street Course Setter of the Year Announced

We’re delighted to announce the winner of Course Setter of the Year as Suzanne O’Callaghan, for her Monday Summer Series course at Glenhuntly Gallop. Judge David Prentice commended Suzanne for creating a great course on a map with lots of parallel streets – traditionally not easy to set interesting and varied courses  on.  MapRun analysis showed a huge diversity of routes taken, demonstrating how many options Suzanne managed to create.  Honorable mentions went to Helen Alexander (Albert Park, Tuesday Summer Series), Zoe Fleming (Jen’s Place, Geelong Summer Series), Sofie van Gunsteren (Bayside Bliss, Geelong Summer Series) and Ainslie Cummins (Yarraman, Monday Summer Series).  Course setting was generally of a really high standard this year.  Congrats Suzanne! Autumn Series began last night at Shepherds Bushed, and continues at Bennettswood on Wednesday, and Ruffey Lake on Saturday. Ruffey will be a colour Park map, with many controls within the park itself. It should be a great week to start off our non-daylight savings series. Don’t forget to buy a Season Pass – you can pay by credit card at Registration. Passes are 30% cheaper than paying as you go, and are currently being sold for April to June only.
