Park Street Champs, Tuesday February 22 – Results

The 2022 Park Street Championship were held on Tuesday February 22, at “Jack’s Magazine” in Ascot Vale.

It was a tough competition which required good planning, and constant map reading.  The terrain offered a huge variety and tested all our skills, both physical and mental.

The event was very well organised as a joint effort between Bayside Kangaroos and Tuckonie Orienteering clubs, on a map specially updated for the occasion by Peter Beggs (TK) and Warwick Davis (TK), with courses planned by Judi Herkes (BK), and assistance from Edward Bucknall (BK).  Ken Moore (TK) and Jenny Sheahan (BK) ensured that everything ran smoothly on the night.

Gold, Silver and Bronze Medallions will be awarded on Wednesday March 30 at Ringwood Wilds, which is the final Summer Series event for this season.
