Previous News:

This year’s premier sprint orienteering event is the Victorian Sprint Championships at the sensational Kardinia International College map in Geelong!

Kardinia College is a small but very complex campus with lots of narrow passages and buildings of different sizes. It was last used as part of the Melbourne Sprint Weekend in 2016 and Victorians have been desperate to head back there for another event since!

Traditionally the Vic Sprint Champs has been at the end of the SIS series, but this year the permit for the Sprint Champs meant it had to be moved to Sunday 17th November. But with all the fabulous sprints on offer so far this year, we reckon you should be able to be at the top of your game even with this earlier date!

It is a championship event so you must pre-enter for this event on Eventor by midnight on Tuesday 12 November. We will then prepare a start draw with allocated start times for all competitors (with the first starts from 10.00am on Sunday).
If you do miss the entry deadline, there will be very limited Enter on the Day on offer but NOT for courses 1,2 and 3.

Full details for the event can be found in the Information Flyer on Eventor. Also a warning that there will be some non orienteers on campus during the day.  And don’t forget to enter your SIAC stick number!

Check the Info Flyer at the link below for more information.
