Vic MTBO Series 1, Saturday 12 May, Winchelsea Sth

The first round of the 2018 Vic MTBO Series is on a Saturday (Sunday is Mother’s Day) and will be the first use of the Paddy’s Swamp map (near Winchelsea) since the 2015 Australian Champs.

We will be starting this event at the other end of the map this time, close to the old coal mine and lake area and the interesting trails near there. The map has been updated including new private land access.

Four line courses ranging from 27km to 12km, or a 2 hour score course are on offer – also a 1.8km children’s course (free entry).

There will limited maps available for enter on day.

  • JWOC Day Five – Relays

    For the relay, the first and second legs were of equal length but leg 3 was further for both courses.  There was a run through and great spectator control and a 1k loop after the run through. The girls had 5.6k or 6.2 for leg 3 and the guys had 7.1 and 8.1 for last leg.
