Saturday Park Series at Ascot Vale, July 20

The popular Saturday Park Series is back this weekend at Ascot Vale, starting from Fairbairn Park and exploring the Maribyrnong River parklands.  Using a full colour map, and with controls mostly off road you’ll enjoy your choice of a 60 minute or 45 minute Runners course, or a 60 minute Power Walkers course.

There are 20 controls marked on the map, with various points values. The aim is to visit as many controls as you can in the time allowed, and the winner is the person with the highest points score.  Start time is 2pm for everyone, and you can register from 1.30pm. Entry is only $5 for adults and $3 for juniors (u21), payable at Registration.  Hot drinks provided – please bring a plate of something yummy to share afterwards. The whole family can enjoy this great afternoon outdoors!
