Peter and Will, OV Coaches-in-Residence, leave for home today

Peter and Will, the Orienteering Victoria Coaches-in-Residence, leave for home today.  On returning they will both immediately start preparing for their European orienteering season, with their first British team selection race only a couple of weeks away. Our thanks goes to both of them for their enthusiasm and energy in running an excellent training program over our summer period.  Watch the video below to find out more about Peter’s plans for the season.

  • JWOC Day Five – Relays

    For the relay, the first and second legs were of equal length but leg 3 was further for both courses.  There was a run through and great spectator control and a 1k loop after the run through. The girls had 5.6k or 6.2 for leg 3 and the guys had 7.1 and 8.1 for last leg.
