Summer Series Weekend of Beachside Action, January 22 and 23

It’s a big weekend of beachside action – on Saturday Jan 22, head to gorgeous Queenscliff for the final of the Surf Coast Series, and on Sunday Jan 23, get down to Capel Sound for another Mornington Peninsula event.  Don’t forget to renew your Season Pass for the remaining weeks of the Melbourne Summer Series – passes sold in November have now expired, so you’ll need a new one.  Pay at registration this week.

Events this week:

  • Tuesday Series: tonight, visit Rifle Range, to explore the western part of Williamstown. Start any time between 6.30-7.00pm, and choose one of 4 Scatter courses for runners, or a 65 minute Score course for Power Walkers.
  • Wednesday Series:  leafy Glen Iris, with its long linear trail winding through the valley, is the venue. Start any time between 6.30-7.00pm, and choose one of 4 Scatter courses for runners, or a 65 minute Score course for Power Walkers.
  • Thursday Series:  enjoy another almost-new map at Janefield, on the western edge of the Plenty Gorge parklands. Start any time between 6.30-7.00pm, and choose one of 4 Scatter courses for runners, or a 65 minute Score course for Power Walkers.
  • Surf Coast Series: the finale is at Queenscliff, featuring your choice of a 60 min or 90 min Score course for Runners or Power Walkers, starting between 3.30-4.00pm
