  • Click on the image below to download and print your own fixture
  • Find event details via our online Coming Events pages.
  • Check Eventor – events are currently being uploaded up to 2 weeks in advance
  • Download calendar files (csv) from here – there’s one each for Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Geelong/Macedon Ranges/Mornington Peninsula/Surf Coast combined.

WHEN DO EVENTS START?

From the week of November 23, all series are up and running as per the Fixture. There are no travel restrictions within Victoria.

HOW DO I ENTER AND CHECK IN?

All events in each series except Geelong require pre-entry. You can sign up here, up to two weeks in advance. Find out more about pre-entering Summer Series events.

When you arrive, you’ll need to check in by scanning a QR code on your phone, and entering a few simple details, for contact tracing purposes.  Please ensure you have a QR code app, or that your phone’s camera can recognise QR codes.  We’ll assist you at Registration if needed, and can check in on your behalf if you don’t have a Smartphone.

All events will offer MapRun; you can opt to use a control card (BYO pen) instead at most events (Tuesdays and Geelong excepted). Make sure you have MapRunF on your phone, or MapRunG on your Garmin. Find out more about MapRun

Payment – you can purchase 25% discounted Summer Season Passes (valid for the series they are purchased for), or a new MultiPass-10 (upfront full payment by credit card for 10 events, valid at any series). These are on sale during the first three weeks of November. Cash is only accepted in the correct amount.

Find out more about what happens at events by reading the Participant Guidelines.

Can’t make it to an event?  Event maps are published the following day, for unofficial use (no results).

WHAT TO EXPECT AT AN EVENT - STEP 4

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN

From November 23, Victoria moves to Step 4. This means:

  • Online pre-entry required for larger series, with group sizes and total numbers capped at 50 per group, and 500 per event.
  • Several time slots offered. Everyone must arrive, check in, and start within their time slot.  If you arrive early, you must wait in your car.  You must not interact with anyone outside your group. If you miss your time slot, you must wait until there is a vacancy in another slot. Sufficient time slots to meet expected demand.
  • Simplified online sign-up, with QR code checkin and checkout at events, to record contact numbers and arrival/departure times
  • MapRun F/G (phone/garmin) in use at all events. No physical controls placed. Card/pen may be used; tick boxes, and record your own start and finish time. No mass starts.
  • Pre-payment strongly encouraged via passes; cash only accepted in correct amount.
  • Course formats are as per fixture (ie scatter for runners, score for PW except where stated otherwise).
  • Groups of 50 participants plus the minimum number of volunteers, in clearly separated groups. There must be no interaction between any group, and no more than 50 people at the start/finish at any one time.
