The map is A3 size and drawn at a scale of 1:10k with 5 metre contours The assembly area is in Eltham Lower Park with most of the course split between Candlebark Park and Tikalara Park. Excellent amenities, playgrounds and parking. For anyone who would like to kick on afterwards, the Eltham Jazz, Food & Wine Festival 2020 weekend of activities with free shows is worth considering. Lots of café’s and bars open to while away the evening with a variety of bands. How do Bike-O 75 events work? Riders start anytime between 6:00-6:15pm and have up to 75 minutes to visit as many controls the supplied colour map as they can. You choose which ones to visit and which way to get there, then get back to the finish before your 75 minutes is up. Each control you visit scores you 20 points but for every minute that you’re late after the 75 minutes is up, you lose 10 points. You get your map when you enter, so you’ll have plenty of time to plan your route. Don’t worry though, there’ll be lots of friendly helpers on the day to help you out and get the hang of the navigational side of things. ENTER ON THE DAY up until 5:45pm. Starts from 6pm. Entry $12 for adults, $6 for juniors (under 21) Loan mapboards available. If you have a SportIdent timing stick, please bring it! Loan sticks available if you don’t have one. More info. Hope to see you there! BikeO 75 Find Out More Share this
