Camping is only permitted in designated campgrounds at Lake Eppalock.  Bendigo is the closest regional centre with a full range of accommodation options, but book quickly as long weekends fill quickly.

At the events

Events will operate under Orienteering Victoria’s Covid Safe Plan.  All participants will need to check in each day when they arrive, via QR code (per Victorian government requirements), and follow other covid safe measures as they apply.   Please bring your phone to Registration.  Note: where mobile phone coverage is insufficient, a manual system will replace the QR code system.

Where mobile coverage permits, progressive results will be posted to Live Results.  All results and splits will be posted to Eventor and Winsplits as soon as possible after each event concludes.  Vic Autumn Series Standings will be updated after Days 1 and 2, and presentations made at the Sunday event.

Toilets will be available.  We hope to have catering on Day 2, but Days 1 and 3 will be self catering.  Arrangements for water will be advised closer to the events.

SI Air punching will be used at all three events. Please enter with your SIAC stick if you have one.  Non SIAC sticks will work too.  If you don’t own a Sportident stick, you can borrow one from us at Registration, or purchase one in advance: email [email protected] to enquire about SI stick purchases.

From parks and streets to bush and forest - there is an adventure for you.
