All Board positions are up for re-election. Nominations are invited for the positions of President, Vice Presidents (2), Secretary, and Treasurer. Each nomination must be signed by a proposer and seconder and accompanied by signed consent of the nominee. An email from the nominee to the OV Secretary will be accepted as written consent. Nominee, proposer and seconder shall be financial members of the Victorian Orienteering Association. If no nominations have been lodged for a particular office by May 11th the Chair of the AGM may at his/her discretion call for and accept nominations from the floor at the AGM.

The Yearbook will be published again this year, and OV is keen for contributions from any members who’d like to reflect on orienteering experiences from last year. The final deadline for the contributions is May 9th and they can be sent to [email protected].

The AGM Agenda will be published separately on the web site on May 11th and advertised through the weekly Bulletin.
