A	Good	Sealed footpaths, reasonably level gradients and no barriers to wheelchairs/prams.
B	Fair	Some rougher tracks, small hills or other impediments to wheelchair/pram progress.
C	Poor	Barriers on some routes, steeper gradients, some paths not suitable for wheelchairs/prams.
D	Unsuitable	Extremely poor access; rough tracks, steep gradients, fences, steps and other barriers
