The Millennium Club's First Legend

Geoff Hudson
On Monday evening (2nd November, 2009) Geoff Hudson became the first person to complete 1000 Street-O events in metropolitan Melbourne since the start of this millennium (1st Jan, 2000). Geoff will now be inducted as the #1 Legend member of The Millennium Club at its Presentation Dinner to be held during the Autumn Series next year.
Judging by his whirlwind finish at Mulgrave on Monday night, Geoff's adrenalin levels were highly elevated by the occasion.
To complete on average, 2 & 3 Street-O events every week for a decade is an outstanding commitment and support of Street Orienteering.
However Geoff's involvement in Street-O is not only limited to high levels of participation but he is an active map developer, organiser of Thursday's Northern Series and a creative innovator of ideas and technical developments that enhance the enjoyment of orienteering through the parks and streets of Melbourne.
